1. Training with Intent
It’s not about fancy exercises or endless volume. It’s about pushing your sets close to failure, choosing the right lifts for your body, and progressing week to week. Most people just go through the motions. You can’t half-arse it and expect world-class results.

2. Structured Nutrition
Guessing doesn’t work. Tracking something does. That might be calories, macros, or portion sizes. What matters is consistency. Your diet has to support muscle gain and fat loss, not sabotage it. And no, you don’t need to cut all the foods you enjoy. You need a system that actually fits your life.

3. Relentless Accountability
